1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the hgnice platform, including the hgnice website at hgnice.bid, the hgnice mobile app, and any related services provided by hgnice. By accessing or using hgnice in any way, you agree to these Terms in full.

hgnice reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, hgnice will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of hgnice after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These Terms should be read alongside the hgnice Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and hgnice.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use hgnice, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your hgnice account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes associated with your account. hgnice will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.

You must not share your hgnice account with any other person. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact hgnice support immediately.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your hgnice account is accurate and up to date. This includes your name, mobile number, and payment method details. Inaccurate information may delay withdrawals or result in account suspension.

• Do not use another person's payment method to deposit into your hgnice account.

• Notify hgnice immediately if your registered mobile number changes.

4 Deposits and Payments

hgnice accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. hgnice does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from accounts not registered in your name may be reversed and your hgnice account may be suspended.

The minimum deposit amount on hgnice is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though hgnice reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits. Deposits are credited to your hgnice account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

hgnice does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. hgnice is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on hgnice are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. If you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will be sent to your bKash account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals.

The minimum withdrawal amount on hgnice is ৳200. hgnice targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required.

hgnice reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard compliance requirement and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on your part. Providing accurate documents promptly will ensure your withdrawal is processed as quickly as possible.

• Withdrawals are only paid to accounts registered in your own name.
• hgnice does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may.
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the player before they are processed.
• hgnice may delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud or policy violations.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from wagering bonus funds may be withdrawn, subject to wagering requirements being met.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

hgnice offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all hgnice bonuses:

• Bonuses must be wagered a minimum of 20 times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account.

hgnice does not manipulate game outcomes. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Results are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by hgnice or by the player after a bet is placed.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, hgnice will attempt to resolve the round fairly. If resolution is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hgnice and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured game parameters for financial gain.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the hgnice platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hgnice staff or other players.

hgnice employs active monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. If your account is flagged for investigation, hgnice may temporarily restrict your account access while the investigation is ongoing. hgnice will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

9 Responsible Gaming

Game content provided by third-party game developers remains the intellectual property of those developers. hgnice licenses this content for use on the platform and does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

11 Limitation of Liability

hgnice provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While hgnice makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, hgnice does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hgnice shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own decisions or gaming behaviour.
• Losses arising from technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond hgnice's reasonable control.

hgnice will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

13 Account Suspension and Closure

hgnice reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if hgnice reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has violated these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to hgnice or other players.

If your account is suspended, hgnice will communicate the reason to you and provide an opportunity to respond where appropriate. Legitimate balances held at the time of suspension will be returned to the player following the conclusion of any investigation, provided no policy violations are confirmed.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting hgnice support. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before the account is closed.
